(non-)Swiss Architects
The (non-)Swiss Architects collective consists of employees with a migrant background and Swiss colleagues who are campaigning for better working conditions in the architecture industry. The figures listed here are taken from a survey conducted at the end of 2023. The complete results are available in “No fair design without fair working conditions. Uncovering inequalities: a call to action from (non-)Swiss architectural workers”, published in 2025.
